Pina Colada inspired Overnight Oats Recipe

Pineapple is loaded with antioxidants, especially vitamin C, which will help to protect the skin from harmful UV rays and free radical damage, reduces the inflammation of acne and redness, as well as increasing the production of collagen to help repair and renew the skin. When paired with the potassium rich, hydrating coconut water, this tropical breakfast helps to protect the skin against the sun, keep the skin clear, hydrated and glowing all summer long!
You can make a big batch of these Pina Colada Overnight Oats to keep in the refrigerator for a delicious breakfast all week long or even to share with friends (or maybe not!)
Pina Colada inspired Overnight Oats Recipe Serves 2:
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 Cup Coconut Water
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 Tablespoons Desiccated Coconut
1/4 Cup Diced Pineapple
Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, cover and leave to set in the fridge overnight.
Serve in a pineapple bowl (if you’re feeling fancy), and top with fresh pineapple and yogurt.
